		Mindy Sinclair Marketing Coordinator Mindy joined the RCVA team in June of 2006 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse. Mindy is responsible for supervising a number of marketing projects, including visitor information packet fullfillment, Info Circle, our online calendar of events and assisting with publications. When she is not busy helping visitors discover Saint Paul, Mindy enjoys being active, having fun and hanging out with her friends and family. What Makes Saint Paul?
