		Karen Madlock Vice President of Sales and Marketing Karen joined the RCVA in April. She oversees all the management and operations of the Convention Sales Department looking at systems and procedures while focusing on new business. Karen brings 20 years of experience within the hospitality community, including the last 8 years as a national account executive with Meet Minneapolis. A graduate of Concordia University, she has been a volunteer leader in organizations including the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Center for Association Leadership and Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA). 651.265.4902 / [email protected]
