Saint Paul is offering great weekend golf packages sure to please the ace as well as the duffer. Packages include two rounds of 18-hole golf, two nights lodging, a riverboat sightseeing cruise, shopping at Mall of America and dinner for two at your choice of a variety of unique Saint Paul restaurants. Packages are available May through September. Package cost range from $147 - $365 per person. Prices will vary depending upon hotel and course selection.
How to Proceed
Start planning your custom Saint Paul Golf Package. Review the participating courses, hotels and restaurants profiled below. Beginning April 1, 2005, call the number provided and order your custom package. All packages include dinner for two, a sightseeing cruise on the Padelford Packet Boats and shopping discounts at Mall of America.

Highland National Golf Course
With a $4 million renovation and located in the upscale neighborhood of Highland Park in Saint Paul, Highland National offers modern amenities with the feel of a historic and grand municipal course. Legendary cartoonist and Saint Paul native Charles Schulz once caddied and played here. To commemorate the artist, the 15th hole has a sand trap the shape of the "Peanuts" character Snoopy. Como Golf Course

Your Saint Paul Golf package includes a sightseeing excursion aboard one of the Padleford Packet Boats, located on beautiful Harriet Island on the scenic shores of the Mississippi River, across from downtown Saint Paul. Narrated excusions leave Monday through Friday at Noon and 2 p.m., Saturday and Sunday at 2 p.m.

How to Order
Call Nexus Travel at 651.436.4040 to order packages. Payment is accepted by credit card or check. Please allow one week for processing. Cost of package includes shipping, handling and taxes. Package confirmation information will be sent within two weeks of purchase and includes confirmation letter, golf, hotel, attraction and visitor information. To avoid being lost or stolen, golf, hotel and attraction vouchers will be sent no later than two weeks prior to arrival.
The Fine Print

Lodging is for Friday and Saturday nights.
Golf is redeemable Friday-Sunday.
Additional room nights and other accommodations may be made through Nexus Travel, package facilitator.
Hotel package cost includes room charge and tax only. All other hotel charges are the responsibility of the guest.
Packages do not include transportation.
Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days prior to your scheduled visit. Hotel and attraction vouchures must be returned in order to receive a full refund of the package cost.
Packages are available for purchase through the Saint Paul Convention and Visitors Bureau and Nexus Travel only.
