Saint Paul becomes Tournament City USA this spring as the Minnesota State High School League championships and the WCHA Final Five Hockey Tournament return to the Capital City.  Saint Paul also welcomes the NCAA Men's Frozen Four Hockey Championship for the first time at the new Xcel Energy Center.
