		Eric Willems Chief Financial Officer Eric joined the RCVA in October of 2005 after serving as Executive Director for Saint Paul RiverCentre. Eric is responsible for managing the financial, legal and human resources of the RCVA. Prior to joining the RCVA, he was employed by the City of Saint Paul and by a local window manufacturer. Eric also has strong ties to Saint Paul having been raised and educated in the city. What makes Saint Paul? Its small town feel with a downtown that is accessible and easy to walk. Saint Paul's small town feel also comes from the fact that it has strong neighborhoods and strong citizen participation in community affairs.
