The Arts and Culture Partnership strengthens the arts and cultural organizations in Saint Paul through marketing, advocacy and pursuit of public and private funding.

The mission of the Capital City Partnership is to focus and channel the energies and resources of the larger corporate community to form effective public/private partnerships to revitalize the downtown urban core of Saint Paul.  The partnership is made up of 52 of the metropolitan's largest corporations, whose CEOs have a common objective and are committed to revitalizing the urban core of our state's Capital City.  Our goal is to work to enhance the downtown so it is an exciting place to live, work, shop, play and be entertained.

CapitolRiver Council is a planning council for District 17 committed to advocating on behalf of downtown residents, employees, business owners, visitors, organizations and corporate institutions to ensure citizen participation in its efforts to support a safe, clean, vibrant neighborhood and healthy economic community.

Ramsey County, Minnesota, is named after the first Governor of the Minnesota Territory, Alexander Ramsey. Congress established the Minnesota Territory in March of 1849, and President Zachary Taylor (who at one time commanded Ft. Snelling) appointed Ramsey governor on April 2. St. Paul After Hours (SPAH) is a St. Paul based non-profit corporation. It was founded as a task based organization to improve and enhance Downtown St. Paul's retail and service industry. The Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation is a private nonprofit that provides leadership for the implementation of the Saint Paul Development Framework, the city's vision and redevelopment agenda for its downtown. It is governed by a board of directors from all sectors of Saint Paul's diverse community including business and government leaders. Its operating funds are provided by Twin Cities foundations and corporations.

The Winter Carnival remains the oldest and largest festival in the nation, with over 75 events and nearly 1000 volunteers.
