Caroline Lindval Executive Assistant Caroline joined the RCVA team on October 1, 2007. She comes to the RCVA from one of its Downtown Saint Paul partner organizations, Capital City Partnership, where she worked for the previous five years as President & CEO John J. Labosky's Assistant. Caroline will be the Executive Assistant to RCVA President & CEO Karolyn Kirchgesler, as well as serving as the RCVA's Board Administrator. Caroline is from Saint Paul, is married, enjoys their cats, doing crafts, camping in MN State Parks, the MN Renaissance Festival, attending concerts at the Xcel Energy Center, and is one of the MN Wild's greatest fans! What makes Saint Paul? Caroline has always said that "Saint Paul is a big small town". Everyone is so friendly and cooperative. The positive atmosphere downtown makes Saint Paul a wonderful place to live, work and visit!
