Homes fit for a Governor

If time permits, you can stop for a tour of the Victorian home of the state's first territorial governor, Alexander Ramsey, or the Sibley House, home of Minnesota's first state governor, Henry Hastings Sibley.

A bit less pretentious, but nearly as beautiful, is the Governor's Residence at 1006 Summit. The Governor's Residence is available for public tours on selected Thursdays during May - August. Reservations are required for groups over 10 people. There is no fee for the tour. For more information call 651 297-2161.
