2008 SAINT PAUL VISITOR and VACATION GUIDE More than 200,000 copies are printed and distributed to metro area hotels, state travel information centers, Saint Paul information centers as well as placed in visitor kits and sent to those who are intending on visiting Saint Paul.

SAINT PAUL MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY Our official marketing guide, 1500 copies are distributed to meeting planners and convention organizers nationwide. Copies are given to key decision-makers (already considering Saint Paul for their convention) who need products and services for their convention. And, is a great tool for members in making business contacts with fellow RCVA members.

HOLIDAY RECEPTION The Holiday Reception is held in December. It is the highest attended membership event for members, meeting planners and friends. In-kind services such as audio-visual expertise and equipment, printing, catering, location of event, entertainment are also sought.

2007 VISITOR PACKETS Your message reaches potential visitors directly. Take advantage of the RCVA's fullfillment of visitor requests for information on Saint Paul and advertise in thousands of visitor information packets mailed each year. Mailing lables, inserts and envelope sponsorship is available for purchase for RCVA members.

RISE AND SHINE WITH THE RCVA. The RCVA invites its members for breakfast at this quarterly to update them with the latest happenings at the RCVA and to inform them of the opportunities they have with working with the RCVA.
